JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though, as per the cause list, present applicants are represented by learned advocate Mr. Y.N. Ravani, who has filed sick note today and learned advocate Mr. D.K. Puj.

(2.) Today, learned advocate Mr. Jain requested that he may be permitted to appear on behalf of the applicants as he is replacing the learned advocates appearing for the applicants. He stated that he may be permitted to file his Vakalatnama in the Registry during the course of day. Similarly, learned advocate Mr. Alok Thakkar also submitted that he may be permitted to file his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.1 namely Ishitaben Rohanbhai Desai in the Registry. Permission as prayed for by both the learned advocates is granted. Registry to accept Vakalatnamas of both the learned advocates.

(3.) With the consent of learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, this matter is taken up for final hearing.
