(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Kurven Desai, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice of Rule for and on behalf of the respondent - State while Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule for and on behalf of the respondent No.3.

(2.) With the consent of the learned advocates for the respective parties, this petition is taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) The prayer of the petitioners in this petition is that the respondent authorities be directed to absorb the petitioners in the regular pay scale of Rs.5200.0020200/- after their completion of two years service against the vacancies that arose due to retirement of the Teachers of Navsari District.
