(1.) Heard Ms.Dhara Shah learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Soaham Joshi learned AGP for the State and Mr.B.Y.Mankad learned advocate for respondent no.3.

(2.) Ms.Shah relies on the order dtd. 29/6/2022 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.13471 of 2021. The order reads as under:
