JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 28 days caused in filing the First Appeal.

(2.) It is stated in the application that the application for certified copy of the award was filed on 15/10/2019, which was ready for delivery on 14/11/2019. After receiving certified copy of the award the advocate for the applicant took considerable time to convey the same to the applicant and therefore the delay of 28 days caused in filing the same.

(3.) Though served, none appeared for respondent nos.1 and 2. Opposing to the grant of application, Mr. Sunil B.Parikh, learned advocate for the respondent no.3, submits that the cause of delay, occurred in preferring the First Appeal, has not been sufficiently explained and therefore the present application may be rejected.
