(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Daxay Patel for learned advocate Mr.BT Rao for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Dhawan Jayswal for respondent No.1 and learned advocate Mr.Dipen Desai for respondent Nos.4 to 6.

(2.) By this petition under article 226 of the constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:
