JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to provide the copy of the documents and the details as sought for by the petitioner no.1 vide letters, both dtd. 4/8/2022 [Annexure-B (Colly.) and Annexure C].

(2.) Considering the limited request of the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, was required to take instructions.

(3.) Mr Nikunj Kanara, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the documents, which have been prayed for, are more in numbers and some of the documents, either are not relatable or connected to the petitioners. It is therefore, urged that the documents which are available, will be provided, at the cost of the petitioners. So far as the documents, with which the petitioners are not connected, necessary orders/reply will be given in accordance with law after hearing the petitioners.
