JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed by the petitioner - State of Gujarat with the following prayers :

Mr.Kamal Trivedi, learned Advocate General for the State does not press this petition, as the impugned order is arising from Appeal No.92 of 2018, which is pending for adjudication by the Gujarat State Co- operative Tribunal, Ahmedabad. He has submitted that the direction may be issued to the Tribunal to decide the said appeal as early as possible.

(3.) In view of above, the present petition is disposed of at this stage, as not pressed. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
