JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition, the petitioner has challenged order dtd. 24/3/2017 passed by learned SSRD whereby he has rejected the revision application of the petitioner by confirming order dtd. 22/1/2007 passed by Collector, Ahmedabad.
