JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Mohddanish M. Barejia, learned advocate for the applicant as also Mr. Ronak Raval, APP for respondent - State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R. No.11192050200002/2020 registered with Sanand Police Station, District: Ahmedabad Rural for offence under Ss. 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code (herein referred to as " IPC ").

(3.) Learned advocate Mr. Mohddanish M. Barejia appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
