JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application is filed by the applicant - State of Gujarat for condonation of delay of 121 days caused in preferring the Second Appeal.

(2.) Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

(3.) Mr.Mohmedsaif Hakim, the learned counsel appearing for respondents has strongly objected the present application for condonation of delay.
