(2.) This application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for regular bail in connection with F.I.R. registered as C.R. No. 11194055220001 of 2022 (01 of 2022) with Godhra ACB Police Station, District: Panchmahal, for the offences punishable under Ss. 7(a) and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018.

(3.) Learned advocate for the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
