(1.) RULE returnable forthwith. Mr. Sharma learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent State while Mr. Dipak Dave, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - PGVCL.

(2.) With the consent of learned advocates for the respective parties, the petition is taken up for final hearing.

(3.) The prayer in the petition is to issue direction to issue an appointment order to the petitioner for the post of Vidhyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer).
