JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Advocate Mr.Dipak Dave on behalf of the petitioners, learned AGP Mr.Utkarsh Sharma on behalf of the respondent State and learned Advocate Mr.H. S. Munshaw on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

(2.) Issue Rule returnable forthwith. Learned AGP appearing for the respondent State and learned Advocate Mr.Munshaw appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 waive service of notice of Rule.

At the outset, learned Advocate Mr.Dave appearing for the petitioners in Special Civil Application No.4329 of 2021 submits that he does not press the said petition qua petitioner No.19, deceased Makhabhai Didor, No.20 deceased Valabhai Sangada, No.25 Champaben Devda, and No.30 deceased Kamlaben Devda with liberty to file afresh for the said petitioners.
