JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kishore Prajapati, learned advocate appearing for the applicant and Mr. K.M. Antani, learned AGP appearing for the respondent State. Perused case papers.

(2.) The applicant is seeking for action being initiated against the respondents for alleged willful disobedience of the direction issued in Special Civil Application No.13638 of 2021 and to proceed against the contemnors / respondents for violation of the order dtd. 12/1/2021 passed in Misc. Civil Application No.727 of 2021.

(3.) Having heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and learned AGP appearing for the respondent State, we notice that present application is liable to be dismissed at the threshold for the reasons indicated hereinbelow.
