JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed by the petitioners for the following main prayer :

(2.) Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.

(3.) During the course of hearing, learned AGP Ms. Bhatt for the State has placed on record a certified copy of the property card showing the name of the petitioners. She has submitted that the main grievance raised by the petitioners regarding property card is now redressed. She has submitted that therefore, the prayers made in Para : 21(B) and 21(D) would not survive. She has submitted that this petition may be disposed of.
