JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed by the applicant - accused under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for enlarging the applicant on Regular Bail in connection with C.R. No. 11192002220181 of 2022 registered with Aslali Police Station, District: Ahmedabad (Rural) for the offences punishable under Ss. 65(A)(E), 81, 83, 98(2), and 116(B) of the Prohibition Act, and Ss. 465, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (herein after referred to as "the IPC").
