(1.) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed with following prayer(s):-

(2.) It appears that the petition has been filed for taking up Revision Application No.MVV/HKP/ST/263/2021 expeditiously by the S.S.R.D.

(3.) Learned AGP, under the instructions, states that the application for revision is accompanied with the application for condonation of delay, as apparently there is substantial delay in preferring the Revision Application.
