JUDGEMENT

(1.) As both the applications arise out of the same FIR, they were heard together and are hereby disposed of by this common order.

(2.) Apprehending arrest, the applicants herein seeking pre-arrest bail under Sec. 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in connection with the FIR being C.R.No. 11191032211973/2021 registered with Maninagar Police Station, Ahmedabad, for the offences under Ss. 420 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code ('' IPC '' for short).

(3.) The applicants herein have been charged with criminal breach of trust and used the forged document/s as genuine one, so as to enable them to sale off the immovable property as referred in the FIR.
