JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr.Prathik M. Acharya for learned advocate Mr.Saurabh M Patel for the applicant.

(2.) By this Report, the Official Liquidator has prayed for disbursement of Rs.1,39,345.00 to M/s. Jayantilal Premchand and Rs.1,05,266.00 to M/s. Bhupendra Cotton Company pursuant to the claims filed by them against the Official Liquidator of M//s. New Rajpur Mills Ltd (In Liquidation).

(3.) Learned advocate Mr.Acharya submitted that both the above parties filed Company Application No.8 of 2020 and 13 of 2020 before this Court with prayer to condone the delay as well as to consider the claim with respect to outstanding dues receivable form the Company in Liquidation.
