JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Utkarsh Sharma, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent State.

(2.) The petitioner by way of this petition has prayed for quashing and setting aside the communication dtd. 15/3/2020 issued by the Assistant Police Commissioner, Surat City declaring the petitioner as unfit for the post of Lokrakshak on account of the physical defect.

(3.) Mr. Hemant Makwana, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall draw the attention of this court to an order passed by this court in case of similar facts. The order dtd. 14/7/2020 so passed in Special Civil Application No. 6896 of 2020 reads as under:
