JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule returnable forthwith. Mr. Soaham Joshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent - State.

(2.) Heard Mr.Dipak Dave, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Soaham Joshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State.

(3.) The prayer in the petition is that the widow of the deceased Balvantsinh, her husband, be granted pensionary benefits based on counting her husband's entire length of service as pensionable. The other prayer is for seeking benefits of leave encashment.
