JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Advocate Mr.Minesh Parikh for the petitioner in Special Civil Application No.965 of 2019, learned Advocate Mr.Swapneshwar Goutam for petitioner in Special Civil Application No.5579 of 2021, learned AGP Ms.Bhati for respondent No.1 State and learned Advocate Mr.Harsh K. Thakkar for respondent No.2 - Gujarat Public Service Commission ("GPSC" for short).

(2.) Issue Rule. Learned Advocates waive service of Rule on behalf of the respective respondents. With the consent of the parties, the present petitions are taken up for final hearing.
