JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed by the application seeking regular bail under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C,, in connection with FIR being CR No. 11198067211082 of 2021, registered with Vartej Police Station, Bhavnagar for the offences punishable under Ss. 302 , 120B and 34 of the IPC and Sec. 135 of the GP Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel Mr. S.B. Tolia for and on behalf of the applicant and Mr. Manan Mehta, learned APP for the respondent State.

(3.) Mr. SB Tolia, learned counsel for the applicant urged the following contentions :
