JUDGEMENT

(1.) Here is a petition preferred by the brother of the corpus who is alleged of his sister having been abducted at the age of 15 years. The corpus has lost her parents when she was very young and is being looked after by the brother and the sister- in-law (bhabhi). The prayers sought for are as follows:-

(2.) GMERS Medical College and Hospital, Dharpur, Patan has examined the corpus. The pregnancy test has not come positive as was earlier indicated / apprehended.

(3.) The corpus appears, to us, to be sensible and intelligent girl and having the total restrict background. Because of the loss of parents she did not have a liberty to either study formally or to shape her life by learning /adopting to any skill which can make her self-reliant.
