(2.) Since the short issue is involved in the present writ petition, the same is taken up for final hearing today.

(3.) The writ petition has been filed seeking directions on the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to participate in the Intra District Transfer camp as mentioned in the Chapter-D of the Transfer Rules Policy dtd. 1/4/2022.
