JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present appeal is filed by the original claimants for enhancement of the compensation amount awarded by the learned Tribunal.

(2.) Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned judgment and award dtd. 17/7/2006 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux) Sabarkantha at Himmatnagar in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.395 of 2005, whereby the Tribunal has partly allowed the claim petition and awarded Rs.1,92,261.00 towards compensation to the original claimants
