(1.) The present petition is filed by the petitioners with the following main prayers :

(2.) Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.

(3.) Learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that similarly situated persons have been granted benefit of less deduction in allotting the final plot and though the petitioners have made several representations to the Corporation, the same is not considered by the Corporation.
