(1.) Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties.

(2.) The present application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with an FIR being C.R.No.11821035210368 of 2021 registered with Limkheda Police Station, District: Dahod for the offences punishable under Ss. 379 , 457 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
