JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner herein has challenged the order dated 12.11.1993 passed by the respondent Board dismissing the petitioner from the service of the respondents and the order dated 30.11.1993 passed by the appellate authority confirming the dismissal order dated 12.11.1993.

(2.) THE facts of the present case, in nutshell, as narrated in the present petition, could be set out as under:

Pradeep Patel, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner started his career as a Junior Clerk and considering his hard work, sincerity and loyalty the petitioner earned promotions one after the other and was eventually promoted to the post of Controller of Accounts. He submitted that it shall not be out of place to mention that the confidential remarks earned by the petitioner during his service career are excellent from 1979 to 1989.
