JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE have heard Mr.A.S.Supehia, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.Rakesh Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2, Ms.Sejal Mandavia, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 and Mr.Chintan Popat, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.
