(3.) The question involved in these petitions is whether the merit should be allowed to be sacrificed while giving admission to the Super Speciality course in medical branch? The another question incidentally arises in these petitions is regarding the true and correct interpretation and manner and method of implementing Rules for giving preference for admission framed by the Gujarat University.
