JUDGEMENT

(1.) . With the consent of the parties the matter is taken up for final hearing today.

(2.) . The present petition is preferred by the petitioner against the order dtd. 13.10.99, passed by the respondent No.1, i.e. the State Government, through its Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, in Review Application No. 91 of 1997.
