JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Corpus - Ms. Pranjal has been produced through the Office of Full Time Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ahmedabad Rural, we have interacted with the Corpus - Ms. Pranjal, aged about 17-18 years.

(2.) The petition has been filed by the real elder Sister - Hiral Hemantbhai Vora. The father - Hemantbhai Vora and the sister - Hiral Hemantbhai Vora were also present in the Office of Mr. DevashishTrivedi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

(3.) We have interacted with the parties and heard the learned counsel.
