JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being I-CR No. 11196016210865 of 2021 registered with Makarpura Police Station, Vadodara City for offence under Ss. 370, 370(a), 376(2)(n), 344, 120(B) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
