JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Senior Counsel Mr. Yatin N. Oza assisted by learned Advocate Ms. Srushti A. Shukla for the appellants, learned Senior Counsels Mr. Anshin Desai and Mr. Mehul Shah appearing for the respondents, learned Advocate Mr. Rohan Shah appearing for the respondents No.6 and 7 and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Tirthraj Pandya for the State. Mr. Rohit Patel, the 9th respondent who is present before the Court admits the execution of the Affidavit filed before the learned Single Judge and reiterates the contents of the same.
