JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties.

(2.) This application is filed by the applicant under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as I C.R.No.11210015210008 of 2021 with DCB Police Station, Surat City for the offences punishable under Ss. 406 , 420 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) At the outset, learned senior advocate Mr.Nanavati for the applicant and Mr.Nikunj D. Balar for the respondent - YES BANK have submitted that the parties have arrived at the settlements and copies thereof are forwarded to this Court. The copy of the settlements dtd. 24/11/2021 are ordered to be taken on record.
