JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.Shalin Mehta, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.Hemang Shah, learned advocate for the petitioners, Mr.Meet Thakkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No.1 " " State and Mr.Satyam Chhaya, learned counsel appearing for respondents Nos. 2 and 3.

(2.) At the outset, an attention is drawn to the order dtd. 19/2/2020 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the present petition, which reads, thus:

At this stage, Mr.Chhaya, learned advocate, draws the attention of the Court to the map which is produced at Page-36 and contended that the Corporation has laid down the drainage line and laid down the TP road at site, in tune with the TP road shown in the sanctioned draft TP Scheme in yellow colour but, only to the tune of the portion which is overlapping between the sanctioned draft TP Scheme shown in yellow colour and proposed change alignment proposed by the Town Planning Officer while framing the tentative preliminary TP Scheme.
