JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Jigneshkumar M.Nayak, learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner is the father of the minor victim of the complaint being FIR No.11216009210275 of 2021 registered with Mansa Police Station for the offences under Ss. 363 , 366 , 376(2)(n) of the IPC and Sec. 4 , and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, dtd. 28/4/2021, District - Gandhinagar.

(2.) The minor girl is aged about 17 years. She has remained present along with her parents before this Court. This Court had interaction with all of them. With specific communication with the minor girl, she stated that she does not want to continue with the pregnancy and wants an order of medical termination.

(3.) Mr. Jigneshkumar M.Nayak, learned advocate for the petitioner stated that the report of Radiologist, Ante - Natal U.S.G. Report, suggests that the Foetal Weight is 300 G.M. The mother and the victim girl herself stated that the pregnancy would be of almost 20 weeks.
