JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

(2.) Heard Mr. Maulik M. Soni, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mrs. Krina Calla, learned APP for the respondent-State.

(3.) The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition for direction upon the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.4 for not discharging his statutory duty to initiate appropriate proceedings against the respondent No.4 prescribed under Sec. 25 of Gujarat Police Manual, 1975 and further direction upon the respondent authorities to decide written complaint of petitioner, pending the admission, hearing and final disposal of this petition.
