JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rajdeepsinh Jodha, learned counsel for the applicants, Mrs. Krina Calla, learned APP for the respondent State and Mr. Mahesh Bhavsar, learned counsel for respondent No.2 original complainant.

(2.) Mr. Jodha, learned counsel for the applicants states that, during pendency of these applications, chargesheet has been filed and therefore, he has filed draft amendment. The draft amendment is allowed in all three applications.

(3.) Rule. Learned advocates appearing for the respective respondents waive service of Rule on behalf of the respective respondents.
