JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.Ekrama H. Qureshi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal against the order dtd. 7/6/2021 passed by the Office of the District Magistrate.

(2.) It is urged that the anxiety on the part of the petitioner is that license is expiring on 31/12/2021 therefore, some directions be issued to the Appellant Authority to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
