JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being CR-I/43 /2019 registered with Khambhat Police Station, Anand for offence under Ss. 363, 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Ss. 4, 6 and 18 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
