The present application is filed under Sec. 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being I-CR No.1191014200362 of 2020 registered with Ellisbridge Police Station, Ahmedabad City for offence under Ss. 406 , 420 , 465 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 409 , 120(b) , 34 , 255 , 249 , 260 , 472 and 475 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
