(2.) By way of the present petition, the petitioners has prayed for the following prayers:-

At the outset, learned advocate Mr. Pathan for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the communication/notice dated 10.09.2021 issued by the Circle Police Inspector, Circle Morbi whereby the present petitioner was ask to remain present on 13.09.2021 at Circle Police Inspector Office, Morbi alongwith documentary evidence pursuant to the complaint filed by one Hanifbhai Abdulbhai Sadhvani under the Provisions of Gujarat Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 2020.
