JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned Advocate Mr.Siddharth Kheskani on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGP Ms.Dharitri Pancholi on behalf of the respondent No.1.

(2.) At the outset, learned Advocate Mr.Kheskani submits that he may be permitted to join Ramvav Gram Panchayat as respondent No.7 herein. He also requests for permission to correct respondent No.4 as "The Taluka Development Officer, Rapar, Kutch ", instead of " The Taluka Development Officer, Ahmedabad ".

(3.) Permission granted. Appropriate amendment/correction be carried out in the petition by end of the day.
