JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.

(2.) This application is filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for regular bail in connection with FIR registered as CR-I/11211005200387/2020 with Patdi Police Station, Surendranagar for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 506(2) and 114 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

(3.) Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that considering the nature of offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
