JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rajesh O. Gidiya, learned advocate for the petitioners and Ms. Jyoti Bhatt, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State Government authorities. Mr. P.S. Champaneri, learned advocate appears and states that he has filed a caveat on behalf of Bhagwanbhai Bavbhai Vagh. Mr. Gidiya submits that on the request made by Mr. Chapmaneri, a copy of the petition has been served upon Mr. Champaneri. Mr. Champaneri is permitted to appear as intervener in the matter.
