JUDGEMENT

(1.) With the consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, the main matter is taken up for hearing.

(2.) At the outset, learned advocate Mr. Mukesh Mishra appearing for the petitioners has submitted he is not pressing the prayer for claiming benefits under 7th Pay Commission and liberty may be given to make a representation for the same.

(3.) Rule. Learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for the respondent-State.
