JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned advocate Mr. Dhaval Vyas for the applicant- original defendant and Ms. Paurami Sheth for the opponent- original plaintiff.

(2.) Learned advocate Mr. Vyas for the applicant-original defendant vessel states that the registered owner of the defendant vessel has tendered demand draft no. 779689 dtd. 13/8/21 for a sum of INR 3,50,00,000.00 (Rupees Three Crore Fifty Lacs Only) (which includes the entire claim amount plus interest till the date of tender) as security for release of the defendant vessel in Admiralty Suit No. 12 of 2021 on without prejudice basis and requested for release of the Applicant- defendant vessel.

(3.) Learned advocate Ms. Paurami Sheth for the opponent-original plaintiff has no objection if this Court pass appropriate order.
