JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rule. Learned APP Mr.H.K.Patel waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent State.

(2.) The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for regular bail in connection with FIR being CR.No.11186008210185 of 2021 registered with Una Police Station, Gir Somnath for offences under Sections 143, 147, 436, 427, 504, 506(2) and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that considering the nature of the offence, the applicant may be enlarged on regular bail by imposing suitable conditions.
